Student jobs and scholarships
For the successful growth and professional development of the company, we are looking to employ highly professional, creative and motivated co-workers. More than two-thirds of the employees at Iskratel have a university education. We also intensively invest in the training and further education of our employees and offer them the chance to constantly acquire new knowledge and to follow global trends in the field of telecommunications solutions, which is of key importance for successful work.
For students on an appropriate course, we offer:
- 10 to 15 scholarships per year,
- completion of their professional and mandatory practical training,
- opportunity to write their thesis on our projects,
- student jobs.
