SI3000 mUC
SI3000 mini Unified Communication (mUC) is a small IP PBX suitable for branch offices in enterprise solutions.
It is distinguished by easy management through a web interface. Allows typical phone features that can be upgraded with a web-based interactive address book. With a web-based interactive address book users can easily manage user functions (call transfers, click-to-dial, Voicemail, etc.)
The hardware platform consists of a 2U unit with a 220-230V power supply. The node has two Ethernet interfaces, for VoIP network connections and for management network connections.
For network connectivity SIP/H.323 trunk, ISDN trunk or FXO connections can be used. For user access we have up to 16 FXS / FXO, ISDN up to 8 lines and up to 50 SIP subscribers.
Because of integrated traditional and modern functionalities mUC is an ideal product for small locations of branch offices in a network.
Small PBX:
- Integrated analog, digital and VoIP connectors enable all type of phones. mUC supports VoIP signaling (SIP, H.323) and interconnections with iCS, cCS, CS and mUC in private networks.
Advanced services:
- Web-based interactive address book provides a real-time insight into the presence of coworkers. This solves the problem of searching for unavailable coworkers and provides the best choice for communicating with a given user. From a single point we can place a call to a colleague or start writing him/her an email. Adding another user to the call is a matter of simply dragging him/her onto the call window.
Quick setup and simple management:
- First setup (adding users, connecting to a telephony provider) is done with a web-based wizard. Users can be synchronized with an existing company database (LDAP) or imported from a table (Excel, CSV).
- The system is remotely upgradable as it is connected to a central repository providing regular updates and upgrades. Bug detection is therefore rapid and resolving any problems is as simple as an upgrade.
- The remote management feature also gives you the option to manage all mUC from one location. mUC has support for the SI3000 Fault Management System.
The convergence of voice and data services is a reality. mUC gives the customer the use of Unified Communication features and simplifies management for branch offices:
