Iskratel Academy

The mission of the Iskratel Academy in the field of professional training is to offer well thought out technical programs for all buyers of our systems and solutions, and for all those who are inseparably connected with each other through the modern telecommunications medium.

The core of our Iskratel Academy is a group of Iskratel specialists covering a wide range of expert knowledge. We also cooperate with experts from Slovenian and foreign Universities.

Training can be held in our headquarters, in our branch offices, at manufacturers of purchased equipment or on your own premises. They are conducted in all widely spoken languages. The training process is based on modern training methods.

Iskratel offers a wide range of training – from basic to advanced – which is necessary for the introduction of new solutions and new technologies. It is not just the maintenance and administration personnel that benefits from our training. We can also prepare courses for other levels of staff, including those without the technical background.

Training courses are the result of long-term experiences with our satisfied customers. The core are the programs about Iskratel products and solutions, although we also provide product independent technical trainings. If required we can prepare customized programs, which incorporate the wishes of our customers and thus give each customer exactly what he/she needs.
