Excellence of the prospective candidate


  • Creating profitable sales and long-term deals
  • Key role in implementing new business ideas; responsibility for the effective integration of new customers and partners
  • Elaboration of a customer-relationship strategy and its implementation; identifying suitable products and/or solutions according to the customers’ needs with optimal viability
  • Elaboration of a growth strategy, which will include financial benefits and customer satisfaction
  • Improving relationships with customers and managing customer loyalty
  • Managing selling opportunities and the achievement of key performance indicators with the customers
  • Promoting new products; strategic initiatives and solutions via customer organization

Skills required

  • Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
  • Experience in selling ICT solutions
  • Experience with sales in the EU and CIS markets
  • Experience in the following fields: IMS, Virtualization, Cloud, 5G, Mobile Data, etc.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
